Face Yoga Autumn Retreat

A beautiful uplifting 3 hour Face Yoga online retreat to feel positive and intentional changes to your skin, your style and your soul this Autumn

What’s included in the retreat:

Skin: Face Yoga and skin tips to naturally lift and smooth your face  
Style: holistic home and fashion tips to feel healthy, happy and grounded 
Soul: calming and nurturing guided relaxation and sound healing 

Skin: We will commence the workshop with an Autumnal Face Yoga class. I will guide you through facial exercise, facial massage, acupressure and facial relaxation to lift, smooth and rejuvenate your face. There will be an emphasis on understanding the physiology of your skin to help you to make the positive and gentle changes this Autumn so you look and feel truly yourself. 

Style: In the second part of the retreat I will give you some holistic fashion and home style tips. As the weather gets colder we spend more time in our home and wearing warmer clothes. Knowing how to create intentional, calming and nourishing spaces within our home (however much or little space we may have) can allow us to feel grounded, calm and happy as the nights draw in. What we wear also has a big impact on how we feel and understanding how to make small yet powerful changes in our style decisions can help us feel the best version of ourself. 

Soul: I will guide you through a relaxation session to help your mind, body and soul feel calm and balanced. You will listen to the beautiful sounds of the alchemy and quartz crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls and chimes to help you feel truly nourished at a deep soul level. 

The retreat will be taught live on zoom and you will get a full recording of it afterwards.
