It’s not too late and you are not too old! When it comes to the neck this is what so many of you worry about but there is so much you can do to help the skin of the neck look firmer and healthier. This week I open and close the episode with some meditation. We do some breathing, affirmations and gratitudes which is perfect if you are feeling stressed, anxious or tired at the moment.
