Over the years, I have used some easy tips and techniques to ensure I can enjoy freedom. In this masterclass, I am going to share these hacks with you so that you can easily implement them in your life and future Face Yoga teaching.

- HOW LONG WILL THE WORKSHOP LAST?
90 minutes. It will be on Wednesday, 25th September 2024, and will start at 6 pm BST and finish at 7.30 pm BST. -
WILL YOU ANSWER QUESTIONS?Yes! It will be via a Zoom webinar, so although I won't see you, I can see your name, and you can type questions for me in the Q&A box. It will be very interactive. I will also be sharing information on the Face Yoga teacher training course.
- WILL IT BE LIVE?
Yes. You will also be sent a recording of it 48 hours after the workshop, so if you can't make it live, please just sign up anyhow, and the recording will be sent to you. -
