Faceyogaexpert.com is 'Powered By Kajabi' and all online course providers that are 'Powered By Kajabi' will use your same account settings including your password if you purchase the courses using the same email address. Therefore if you click 'Forgot Password' on the login screen and reset your password then you will need to use this new password on any other websites that are 'Powered by Kajabi' too.

If You Know You Already Have An Existing Account On A Website That Is 'Powered By Kajabi'

This section is split into two sections. The first section is 'You Have Not Yet Purchased A Course On Our Website' and the second section is 'You Have Purchased A Course On Our Website'.

You Have Not Yet Purchased A Course On Our Website

If you know you already have an account on a website that is 'Powered by Kajabi' and you have not yet purchased a course on our website, then you have two choices:

You can use the same email address that is registered to that existing account to purchase courses on our website and you then use this existing account's password to login and all other account and profile settings will be the same on our website. If you log in to this account on the Kajabi app (which can be found in the app stores) then you will be able to access both our courses and courses purchased on other websites within your account. If you login to this account via a web browser then you will only be able to access the courses that are provided on that website. If you use a password manager then it is a good idea to add all the 'Powered by Kajabi' domains (e.g. faceyogaexpert.com) that these login credentials work on.
You can use a different email address to the one registered with the existing 'Powered by Kajabi' website and then you will have separate login credentials, and account and profile settings, for each 'Powered by Kajabi' website and for the different website's course on the Kajabi app (which can be found in the app stores).

You Have Purchased A Course On Our Website

If you know you already have an account on a website that is 'Powered by Kajabi' and you have purchased a course on our website, then you have two choices:

You can continue to use your account on our website whether it is the same as an existing account on another website that is 'Powered by Kajabi' or not, which depends on whether you entered the same email address to purchase courses on both websites or not.
You can contact us to request that we either create a separate account for our website (you will need to provide a different email address) or that we merge your account on our website with the existing account on the other website which is 'Powered by Kajabi' (you will need to provide the mail address registered to that account).

If You Do Not Know If You Already Have An Existing Account On A Website That Is 'Powered By Kajabi'

There are several methods to find out if you already have an existing account on a website that Is 'Powered By Kajabi' which I will explain below and if you find out you do have an existing account then remember to consider your options in the section above titled "If You Know You Already Have An Existing Account On A Website That Is 'Powered By Kajabi'".

Method 1: Search for the term 'kajabi' in your email account(s) (including the spam folder) to see if you have received any emails containing this in the 'sent from' email address. If you have then you can see which company, or companies, sent the email and you can see which of your email addresses they sent it to as this will be the email address registered to the existing account.

Method 2: If you have purchased a course on our website and you were asked to create a password during the checkout process then you d not have an existing account on any website that is 'Powered by Kajabi'. If you were not asked to create a password during the checkout process and went straight to the login screen after completing the checkout then you do already have an existing password on a website that is 'Powered by Kajabi'.
